Once a package has left French Tiaras, the responsibility and ownership of the package has transferred to the shipping company (the post office) and the customer.
If any package is damaged during transit, claims are an issue between the customer and the post office.
You should refuse reception of the package if it appears damaged and it will be returned to French Tiaras. French Tiaras must be notified immediately and no later than 5 days after receipt of damaged goods. |
