1. How can I place an order?

  • By using our secure, online shopping basket and your Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, or debit card (with the Visa, Mastercard logo) using the SSL secure online shopping basket. Your purchase is a direct transaction between you and 2Checkout. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 2Checkout. Please ensure that your credit card does not have a "country block" on it.

  • By using our secure, online shopping basket and sending and a French Euro cheque payable to French Favors, 16 rue la Bellone 34140 Mèze, France.

  • By using our secure, online shopping basket and sending and a non-French Euro cheque +16.15€ bank charges payable to French Favors 16 rue la Bellone 34140 Mèze, France.

2. How long before my special occasion should I order my tiara?

To ensure that your order arrives on time for your special day, we recommend that you order as early as possible, preferrably at least one month in advance. French Tiaras will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise due to the postal system and other "Acts of God" such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes etc.

3. What if I want to cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours). If you wish to cancel your order, it will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped already, it will be treated as a return and a 20% re-stocking fee will be levied.

4. What if I want to return my order?

We hope that you love everything that you buy from French Tiaras, but if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by email only at info@frenchtiaras.com within 7 days of receiving it for return authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will be levied on all returns. Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns and refused orders will not be accepted for refunds. Please pack the item in its original packaging (unused and unworn) and send back to us by air mail, shipping pre-paid by you. Do not use any private couriers, such as Fedex or UPS. Upon receipt of the return, we will then credit your VISA or Mastercard for the merchandise only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 7 days of authorization.

5. Do you offer special discounts for large orders?

6. Do you accept online checks?

No.

7. Can I pay with personal checks?

Yes, but only in Euros.

8. Will I be charged any Sales Tax?

All prices include tax. However, any customs duties incurred at the border will be your responsibility.

9. How do I know my credit card info is secure?

French Tiaras online ordering process, every page on which you provide your credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable to anyone who tries to intercept it. The transaction is 100% safe and confidential and French Tiaras does not record your credit card information becasue the card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for autorization. You can click on the padlock on the bottom right of the browser to see Web Server Certificate when you enter the orders page.

10. Will you rent my email address?

All information collected by French Tiaras during our order process is for the purpose of fulfilling the order only. This information is not passed on to third parties for any reason.

11. Do you accept my currency?

Yes, our secure, online shopping accepts almost all currencies and your payment will be debited in US dollars. However, we only accept Euro checks and money orders.

12. How are the products packaged?

All of our products are packed in protective packaging of bubble wrap and brown cardboard boxes.

13. How is my tiara shipped?

Your order is shipped by registered airmail. Orders for France are shipped by Colissimo Suivi.

14. What if my package is damaged during shipping?

We value our customer satisfaction and we will make every effort to resolve claims. French Tiaras must be notified immediately and no later than 5 days after receipt of damaged goods. Once a shipment has left French Tiaras, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred to the shipping company and the customer. If any product is damaged during transit, claims are an issue between the customer and the shipping company. Note that many shipping companuies require that the original packing material be kept until the claim is settled.

15. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We process your order immediately and we will send your order to you by airmail within 10 days if your item is in stock. If we need to manufacture your item, please allow 5-6 weeks. Orders for France Metropolitain are delivered by Colissimo. For international customers, delivery time ranges from 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location.

16. Am I notified when you ship my order?

Yes, you will receive notification by email as soon as your order is shipped. French Tiaras keeps proof of shipment.

17. How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated by weight of your package.

8. Who is French Tiaras?

French Tiaras is a subsidary of the UK-registered company French Favors, trading from both the UK and France to provide secure, online shopping for bridal headpieces, special occasion favours and wedding decoration from the comfort of your home.
