Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros
and will be deemed as valid at the time of placing an order.
Quoted prices do not include delivery.
International customers may be
subject to customs duties incurring at the border.
Shipping
We aim to ship all goods
as soon as possible within 10 working days of receipt of orders
if your item is in stock. If we need to manufacture your item,
please allow 5-6 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a suitable
date for any orders which require particular handling.
French Tiaras is not responsible
for goods once a shipment has left French Tiaras: the responsibility
and ownership of the product has transferred to the shipping
company and the customer.
Damages
French Tiaras must be notified
immediately and no later than 5 days after receipt of damaged
goods.
Once a shipment has left French
Tiaras, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred
to the shipping company and the customer.
If any product is damaged during
transit, claims are an issue between the customer and the shipping
company. Note that many shipping companies require that the original
packing material be kept until the claim is settled.
We value our customer satisfaction
and we will make every effort to resolve claims.
Payment
Accepted payment is:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus,
American Express, Diners Club, JCB, or debit card (with the Visa,
Mastercard logo) using the SSL secure online shopping basket.
Your purchase is a direct transaction between you and 2Checkout.
Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 2Checkout.

Any customs duties incurred at
the border will be your responsibility.
Cancellation
All orders
are processed immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours).
If you wish
to cancel your order, it will be subject to a 10% cancellation
fee. If your order has been shipped already, it will be treated
as a return.
Returns
We hope that you love everything
that you buy from French Tiaras, but if you are not satisfied
with a product, please contact us by email only at info@frenchtiaras.com
within 7 days of receiving it for return authorisation.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be
levied on all returns. Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred
will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorised returns and refused
orders will not be accepted for refunds. Please pack the item
in its original packaging (unused and unworn) and send back to
us by air mail, shipping pre-paid by you.
Do not use any private couriers,
such as Fedex or UPS. Upon receipt of the return, we will then
credit your VISA or Mastercard for the merchandise only. Please
note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the
right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 7 days of
authorisation.
